This "Weiyou
Game Children's Personal Information Protection Guidelines" (hereinafter
referred to as "these guidelines") is an integral part of the
"Weiyou Game License and Service Agreement" and the "Weiyou Game
Privacy Policy". Weiyou (hereinafter also referred to as "we")
deeply understand the importance of the personal information and privacy
security of children (referring to minors under the age of fourteen, the same
below). We absolutely respect the privacy and information of children and will
closely protect their privacy and information. When children use Weiyou games
and services, we may collect and use relevant personal information of children.
We hope to explain to children and their guardians the corresponding processing
rules and other related matters when we collect and use children's personal
information through these guidelines, so as to better protect the rights and
interests of children.
Before using our
various products and services, children and their guardians (hereinafter

authorization and consent of children and/or guardians:

Collected

government information disclosure, and other channels.
o
Necessary
for signing and performing contracts as required by guardians.
o
Necessary
for maintaining the safe and stable operation of the products or services
provided by Weiyou, such as detecting and handling product or service failures.
o
Necessary
for conducting legal news reports.
o
Necessary
for conducting statistics or academic research in the public interest, and when
providing academic research results or descriptions externally, the personal
information contained in the results is de-identified.
o
Other
circumstances stipulated by laws and regulations.
Please understand
that the functions and services we provide to you are constantly being updated
and developed. If a function or service is not described in the above
instructions and collects your information, we will separately explain the
content, scope, and purpose of information collection to you through methods
such as page prompts, interaction processes, and website announcements, in
order to obtain your consent.
2. How We Use

services, Weiyou may use Cookies and similar technologies to store and track
relevant user data at certain times. The above uses are limited to: estimating
the number of traffic, statistically analyzing user preferences, and other business,
market analysis, or academic purposes.

service and user experience. We will only share children's personal information
for legitimate, justifiable, necessary, specific, and clear purposes, and only

information that children or guardians have voluntarily disclosed to the
public.
7.
Collected
from legally publicly disclosed information, such as legal news reports and
government information disclosure.
According to legal
provisions, sharing, transferring, and publicly disclosing de-identified
personal information, and ensuring that the data recipient cannot restore and
re-identify the information subject does not belong to external sharing,
transfer, and public disclosure of personal information. The storage and
processing of such data will not require separate notification to guardians and
obtaining their consent.
4. How We Store
and Protect Children's Personal Information

In
accordance with laws and regulations, we store the personal information of
children collected within the territory of the People's Republic of China
within the territory of the People's Republic of China and keep this

abide by the agreements in these guidelines, the "Weiyou Game License and
Service Agreement", and the "Weiyou Game Privacy Policy" to
manage children's personal information, including but not limited to modifying,
deleting, and canceling.

Access of These Guidelines

provide you with better services, we will update the terms of these guidelines
according to the update of products and the relevant requirements of laws and
regulations. Such updates form an integral part of these guidelines. Without
your explicit consent, we will not reduce the rights you enjoy under these
guidelines. If such updates result in a substantial reduction or significant
change in your rights under these guidelines, we will notify you through
prominent position prompts, push messages, or other means. Please ask guardians

Effectiveness
These "Weiyou
Game Children's Personal Information Protection Guidelines" are guidelines
specifically for the protection of children's personal information, containing
special protection for children's personal information. In case of any inconsistency
or conflict between the "Weiyou Game Privacy Policy" and these
guidelines, these guidelines shall prevail.
